PAYMENT OPTIONS & DYNAMICS
 
:: Payment dynamics
1. After You have sent the booking request, the filled in form will arrive to us. Immediately upon the receipt of the reservation form, we will contact once more the hotel or the  representative of the chosen active program to check whether is possible to conclude the reservation itself.
2. If so, the final calculation is sent to your email address or via fax. The calculation contains all the costs clearly stated, together with the amount you are to pay as a reservation confirmation.
3. The amount you are to pay as a reservation confirmation is 30% of the whole calculation. Payment option is 5 working days (except the period of national and international holidays, as well as the period from 1st of June  to 30th of September) when payment option is 2 working days). The rest of 70% is to be paid at least 15 working days before the arrival to the hotel/start of active programs. For working days we intend the weekdays (except Saturday and Sunday).
4. Immediately upon making the payment the guest is to forward the copy to the agency via email booking@istraonline.com or fax ++ 385 52 394 244).
5. Entrance tickets, guide's fees and other expenses are not included, if not previously with us agreed.
6. Reservation payment receipt will be sent just to the email address indicated in the booking request form or active programs reservation request form. The final bill will be sent only to Your postal address indicated in form or will be personally given by one of our representatives only after the whole sum is paid.
7. Please note that only after the whole amount is paid, the agency will also send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher) to the guest's postal address.
The voucher thus received is also the written proof of the paid accommodation or an active program.
8. The precise date until which the agency is required to keep the dates applied for under the option (rent privilege for the guest) is pointed out on every calculation under the heading "due date".
If the agency does not receive the payment within the expected term, it will consider the guest to have cancelled the reservation they applied for.

In order to make a correct payment to the agency's giro account, you will need the following data:
payer: full name of the reservation carrier including the address.

date: the payment must be made within 2 or 5 days upon sending the calculation (see Payment dynamics) .
amount: write down the amount according to the received calculation in Croatian kuna.

You will need the following data:
● payer: full name of the reservation carrier, including the addres.

Why are bank fees sometimes higher than expected?

One of the reasons may be that Your bank does not have the IBAN code that allows low banking costs, meaning that the payment is made through a third bank. Since each bank charges transaction fees, your bank fees may be higher than expected.
Why do I have to pay in advance?
By paying in advance, you are guaranteed to get the  accommodation unit or the content of an active program you've been offered by us, since your advance payment is immediately forwarded to service providers.
